An excellent treatment of stevia

Cool recipe for low-carb eaters.

I have a quick recipe for a light treatment that you want to try. It's like bread with cinnamon and sugar. Let me tell you how some additions and changes to make.

These are the low-carb tortillas. They come in 3 sizes, regular whole wheat bread or white - all have two fibers. Carte blanche NET is 5 g carbohydrates, 12 g carbohydrates, roughage overall, but 7 g wholemeal bread is net 4 g in my opinion.

Optimum nutrition add stevia powder, if you are not familiar with stevia, it is a plant extract, but the sugar is not caloric intake. It is native to South America, but has spread everywhere in the world. In Japan, for example, makes the drinks with stevia as a sweetener.
